Higher Self
We’re so fortunate to have not only our ever-present Guardian Angel, but also our Higher Self — the true, authentic essence of who we are.
Did you know you can bypass your doubts, fears, and human limitations—simply by merging with the part of you that loves you unconditionally, desires what you desire, and fully accepts your beautifully imperfect humanity?
Merging is the Way
When we open to and merge with our Higher Self, we feel love and acceptance.
When we feel love and acceptance, we naturally vibrate higher, and in that higher vibration, we open ourselves to infinite knowing and possibilities.
We open ourselves to answers.
We open ourselves to not feeling alone.
What if you merged with the best part of you—the one that knows only love—and welcomed in unconditional love and limitless possibilities?

A personal Guardian Angel, Your Higher Self, and Your Soul…
Your Soul
Your soul is the eternal and divine essence of who you are, and carries wisdom beyond time. It knows your purpose, your path, and your deepest desires.
You might think of your soul as your inner compass—and intuition as the way you read its signals. Your intuition is the way that your soul is felt and heard in your daily life.
The Relationship:
The soul holds the why — your purpose, your truth, your divine essence.
Intuition brings the how — the next step, the whisper, the nudge toward alignment.
When you're attuned to your intuition, you're aligned with your soul’s guidance. It often shows up as:
A deep sense of rightness
A quiet warning or redirect
A sudden inspiration that feels like remembering
A sensation in the body—goosebumps, a flutter, a sense of peace or inner yes
Absorb this into your breath:
I AM so not alone. Not only do I have a personal Guardian Angel and a Higher Self, but I also have my Soul.
My soul is the eternal, individualized essence of who I AM, my sacred identity beyond this lifetime.
My soul holds my divine blueprint—my purpose, my core qualities, my wisdom, and the journey of my evolution through lifetimes.
My precious soul remembers my truth, even when my mind forgets.
My eternal soul is intimate and personal, and holds my deepest truth and longings.
My beautiful soul is the part of me that longs, grows, chooses, and returns again and again to experience, to love, and to reunite more fully with the Divine.

We Often Seek
We often seek signs and affirmations. We all want that proof-in-the-pudding moment.
Well, soulful friend, I’ve had, and continue to have, so much proof.
There’s the proof that shows up in my daily life: peace that wasn’t there before, joy that no longer needs a reason, a softening of my reactions, and my steady and gentle love.
