Magic = Miracles and God into consciousness

I see Tony Robbin’s free seminar on Facebook and I think, Hmm… Do I want to take this? Is it spiritual enough or just a bunch of hoopla? Then I remember the words from a fellow volunteer of UYO (Understanding Yourself and Others transformative course).

My Question, “Where is the spirituality in this course? I don’t feel it.”

Her response, “Why do you think you’re here?!”

WOW! She most certainly put a twist on my way of thinking. So I, little ole me, can bring what’s missing? A thought that never occurred to me.

I’m so grateful to her for bringing me that valuable gift. After that comment, I saw the course with new eyes- and most importantly - I saw myself with new eyes.

Once I saw that I could bring spirituality into the course, I saw the course differently. As I perused the room with the many volunteers, the dozen students and two instructors, I saw that seeing the spirituality in the course was a decision, a perspective. As my perspective changed, so did I. I saw how I could, actively or intentionally, add to the spiritualness.

My energy became lighter and ideas began popping into my mind, quickly like popcorn popping out of my air fryer. My spiritual creativity took on a life of its own.

I understood that every action I took -doing my assigned job of keeping toilet paper in the bathrooms, getting water for one of the instructors, straightening up the course room, standing in the cafeteria line or directing my energy toward the students - I could choose to see as spiritual.

As I looked upon the group with new, uplifted eyes, I felt euphorically lighthearted as if I could walk on clouds and hang out with angels.

With my angelic lightness, I began one-by-one directing Divine Love into the hearts of each student. After filling their hearts, I glided over to my assigned student and began brushing her hair. She let out a sigh, her shoulders relaxed and she looked up at me tenderly and smiled.

After spending about 10 min. with her, filled to the gills with my God-Presence, I asked what I could give to each student. I found that I could, little ole me, meaningfully contribute.

I discovered by changing my perspective, my well-spring of creative spirituality came alive, and I saw that spirituality wasn’t missing, it had been there all along.

I just needed to see it!

Playing with the Magic of Creativity

I’ve been playing with my creativity in several ways:

Body - Today I tried wall pilates. Although it was a challenge I feel so good about doing something with my body that I haven’t done before. Afterwards, I got creative and decided to end my session with an exercise that I learned from doing restorative yoga.

Home - I haven’t been pleased with my hall rug and wondered about a new look. Well, when I let myself experiment, I created an entirely different look. I’m now using 3 rugs, and I love it!

Acts of Service - I sat in meditative silence and ideas about what to share with you for this year flooded my mind. (See below)

Loved Ones - A couple of days ago I purchased a course for my brother whom I’ve been concerned about, and he accepted the gift. I’ve been wanting to help him for quite a while but didn’t know what to do. When I let my creative thinking go, I discovered the answer.

Habits and Desires (with the body) - I’ve been wanting to rev up my body while lavishing it with love and honor. While talking with a friend, the idea of revisiting a way of being with my body flashed before me. I am now, along with my friend, honoring my body with the Thin Within principles (Book by Judy Wardell).

God - I have some new, empowering declarations to post on my ceiling. I know that sounds strange, but I put them on my bedroom ceiling so that when I lie to meditate I see them. More on those later…
