Completion means that you are accepting the change that is coming
Here's some help with aligning your thoughts
Hello lovely readers!
In the last post, I shared about the energies of November being about completion. Endings and completions at their core are about change. And to complete something in our lives - a relationship, a habit, a job, a belief - is to also accept and allow that you welcome the new and the next thing.
Sometimes we know what that is and other times we only have a sense. Like when you end a relationship you don’t really know what relationship is next, you just know that the old one is not serving you.
When you complete an old habit, you know what you want to have instead. Like when you decide you’ll stop drinking coffee, you know what comes after - no coffee. But what will that open up?
Every completion is based on a desire and a decision. A desire to finish this present thing and make way for the new. And a decision to do what it takes to actually complete the thing.
As you contemplate completions this month, I thought it would be good to share below some of what Gloria has shared with us in the past to help you.
Blessings,
Judith
Ever pay attention to how you think about things?
I have a hunch that most of us have thoughts that don’t serve us in one area or another.
For instance, what do you think about your abilities or talents, or intellect?
How about your relationships? Your body? Your money?
We all have thoughts on every subject in our life.
The question is - are our thoughts inspiring us or defeating us?
Thoughts
Okay, here is a simple truth.
Whatever we think on any subject, how we think about it, is just our thought. And guess what? Our thought can change.
Tiptoe Your Way Through Your Thoughts
Are your thoughts (around this time of change and completion) inspiring you or defeating you?
If your thoughts are defeating you try the tiptoe way.
Inner Joy Compass Prompt:
The Tiptoe Way
Become conscious of your thoughts regarding important subjects in your life.
Start by asking yourself this question: What are my thoughts about each important aspect of my life?
Once you are aware of any self-defeating thoughts choose one area to focus on.
Now it’s time to align your thoughts by relaxing your body with breaths. Simply, begin breathing deeply and notice your in and out breaths.
After relaxing, bring to mind a memory of when you thought better about that area or a memory of a special event with a loved one.
Breathe in and enter into the love of the memory.
Once you’re in the love, visualize (or sense it to be) yourself feeling inspired.
In your inspired state: Bring forth an inspired new-thought statement, then ask Spirit (God, I AM Presence, etc.) to assist you with your new thought.
One of my inspired body thoughts which I made into a little ditty - I’m as happy as I can be, cause I’m the perfect size and weight for me.
A couple more are:
Every day in every way I AM better and better.
I AM vibrantly healthy and radiantly beautiful.
I so agree with this quote by Norman Vincent Peale, “Change your thoughts and you change your world.”
May you open yourself to your inspiring thoughts.
Thank you so much for being here with me.
I send you blessings of love and appreciation,
Gloria
Judith, thank you so very much. I love how you incorporated some of both of us. May we all reap the reward of your support. Lots of love to all.
