You Are Loved More Than You Know

Love Keeps Us Safe

I step out my front door, and I hear - you could die driving to the post office.

What!!

I look around and think, where in the world did that thought come from?!

I immediately breathe deeply and say a prayer aloud, “Beloved Angels protect me, keep me safe. Thank you, Beloveds.”

And off I go.

On my way back home I turn onto Jade, the main street in my neighborhood. As hesitation runs through my veins, I shrug off the feeling and begin singing a little ditty about how much I love God.

I love you, God, oh yes I do…

Out of nowhere - BOOM!

My car shakes up and down from the thunderous, heavy impact.

Whoa!

My heart races, and I come to a screeching halt.

What the…?!

I look around - nothing.

I notice that my back windshield is cracked.

The thought - you could die driving to the post office - bombards my every sense. All I can think of is being safe. With a tight grip on the steering wheel, I head for home.

As I turn onto our driveway my heart skips a beat as I hear the shattering of my back windshield.

My only thought - HOME!

I turn off my motor and run.

I stand just inside my front door and let out a breath - I’m safe.

Then, “Mehmet!”

He hears distress in my voice and comes running. As he stands before me, I share with him everything… the die message, my prayer, the impact, the shattering of the glass.

Instantly he’s out the door.

After giving my car a quick once-over, he asks, “What hit your car?”

“I don’t know. I didn’t see anything.”

He suggests we drive back and see what it was.

We get in his work van and drive back to the location. Nothing in sight…

The Runaway Girl

The kids are asleep. It’s nap time at the daycare center.

I post my daily notes for the parent board, and as I turn to my right I catch the sun shining through the door. I take a peek.

Oh, my God!

Panic racing through my blood I run harder than I’ve ever run.

God, help me. I have to save her!

With my eyes glued to her, I run into the middle of the street as the squealing of screeching tires pierces my panic-stricken heart.

I pick her up and squeeze her against my thumping chest.

Thank you, God.

A man jumps out of his car and begins yelling at me, “I could have killed her!”

Shaken to his bones that he almost killed a child, he doesn’t know what else to do but scream.

Trembling with tears streaming down my face, I stammer, “I’m sorry.”

Everyone Receives Protection

I’m relaxing and thinking about my guardian angel. I sense I’m to gently close my eyes, as I turn inward I feel her.

Immediately I see and experience the replay of my drive to the post office and the runaway girl. I’m shown how my guardian angel kept me from harm.

I’m told that I was meant to listen to the you-could-die message.

She explains that if it weren’t for her intervention it would have been my front windshield that was hit. She tells me that the glass would have shattered and left me blind. (Thank you, guardian angel.)

Next, my guardian angel graces me with a vision of how she and other guardian angels intervened that day to save everyone involved in the runaway girl.

First, I see an angel nudging me to look out the school door. I then see her beside me as I run.

I’m then shown the preschooler with her angel beside her as she stands in the middle of the street. While the driver’s angel is whispering to him to slow down long before he reaches the child.

The following vision is of myself in the middle of the street holding that precious 3-year-old, and I also see the shaken driver. We each have an angel around us.

I ask my guardian angel, “Why did this have to happen? Why wasn’t this stopped?”

She replies, “Guardian Angels can only intervene when it is allowed. They may not intrude if the situation is Karmic. And they may not stop a situation if there is a learning for the soul. But they may come forth to lighten the lesson.

My guardian angel refers back to the incidents:

Windshield - This incident is about you listening. If you would have listened without question, you would not have driven to the post office that day, and you would have avoided the incident entirely.

Runaway Girl - You each had something to gain. The child’s home life wasn’t very loving and she needed to feel that she could be saved through love. And you needed the experience of saving someone. You were carrying much heartache over not being able to save your husband from death. (My husband had recently died.) The gentleman needed to be in an accident without anyone being hurt so that later many lives could be saved.

Therefore, guardian angel intervention was allowed.

We are Loved More Than We Know

Friend, I dare say that we are loved bigger than we ever imagined!

How fortunate and blessed we are that our Creator has such creative and magical ways to shower us with unconditional love.

To think that we each have our own personal guardian angel - well, that has to be love, right?

I wonder how many times your guardian angels have protected you from harm.

Oh, darling, I hope if you feel you’re out in this world alone - the guardian-angel-truth renews your trust and faith with the understanding that you are watched over.

“Believe in guardian angels. They believe in you and are forever by your side.”  The random vibez     

My foundational support and, I believe, our eternal blessing is that the fabric of our existence is love, and that love has no bounds.

You may want to gently close your eyes, and take a deep breath to have a full experience:

Allow your mind to go back to a time when you came close to being harmed.

Notice if you felt or heard something right before the incident took place - hesitation, sense of doom, discomfort, message?

You may want to breathe deeply again and then bring forth the feelings and or thoughts that transpired during, and after the episode.

If you’re still overly emotional about the incident then please take the time to breathe deep belly breaths, which will assist your emotions to move through you.

Now it’s time to thank your guardian angel for watching over you and keeping you from harm.

Are you ambivalent? Even if you’re not sure you had a guardian angel watching over you, why not take the time to give thanks anyway?

Go ahead, and thank the Divine in whatever way feels good to you.

After all, you were kept from harm. And I venture to say that it was love that kept you safe.
