What Would Love Do?
I take a deep breath and whisper: I come from Love. I AM made of Love. I AM Love.
With each inhale, I feel warmth expanding in my heart. With each exhale, I send love to my family, my friends, and the world.
Later, I eat breakfast. A simple bowl of cereal. But then a thought arises:
If I were being Love, how would I eat this cereal?
I hear the answer: Slow down. Savor each bite.
I pause. I chew mindfully. And something shifts.
As I walk outside, soaking in the morning light, I send love to the trees, the sky, and the birds.
Then, suddenly—a memory. A recent conflict. The peaceful feeling vanishes. My mind replays the hurt.
What would Love do?
I breathe. I let love pour into my heart. And then, reluctantly, I send love into the heart of the person I’m upset with.
At first, resistance. Then, a softening. Then, relief.
Love always leads the way—if we let it.
This is the kind of practice we explore deeply in the Supreme Love Course—where we hold space for each other as we learn to choose love, even when it feels hard. If you feel drawn, I’d love to connect. 💖 DETAILS
