Want a peek into what happened during my previous teaching of the Supreme Love Course?
Here’s a Peek
While in meditation, I asked what my participants needed.
I heard; you are to go into the Hall of Records. (Want to know more about the Hall of Records? Watch this video or if you’re interested in hearing my detailed experience read this )
What I Saw, Heard, and Felt:
There is a difference between learning about Love and learning to be Love.
Aristotle, John Quincy Adams, and Margaret Thatcher all chose to learn about love. Whereas Anna the grandmother of Jesus, Mother Mary, Jesus, and other Essenes chose to learn to be Love.
Although the difference seems subtle - it is quite profound.
When one learns about love there is a separation between oneself and Love, which then creates separation with others and even the earth, and ultimately with God.
It’s as if you’re standing in one spot and Love is standing in another spot.
When you choose to be Love, you close the gap between you and everyone and everything else.
Thus, you experience more of that which you are seeking. Everyone is always seeking unconditional love.
Because you come from unconditional love and it’s where you feel most at home, you want to experience that feeling of being home.
Unconditional love, which is love with complete acceptance, is the only way to give you that which you most want.
Being unconditional love doesn’t mean that you don’t go through human emotions. What it does mean is that you bring unconditional love into those emotions.
My Hearing Continued
I then heard – God’s loving acceptance.
Want to experience God’s Loving Acceptance in a deep-hearted way? If so, check out - Fiery Truth - A Practice of God’s Loving Acceptance.
I knew when I heard this phrase that I was to teach this transformative technique to my class to expand on their unconditional love practice.
Oh to say I was excited to do so is an understatement. Like a young schoolgirl, in pure delight, I giggled out loud.
I’m happy to report that by sharing, I was gifted with the opportunity to witness the loving impactful difference it made for the participants.
Want to experience this technique in the way that I did when I first began my practice of it?
If you do… take a look at my practice…
My Practice
Every day before falling asleep I would go over my day in my mind.
If I experienced a situation, thought, or feeling, that was disturbing or unsettling, I would think about it and breathe deeply into my heart region with the words – God’s Loving Acceptance. I would envision as I exhaled the words God’s Loving Acceptance going into my disturbance. I would do this with each unsettling situation until I felt a sense of relief, calm, or sometimes even bliss.
I noticed that I naturally started applying this practice when I felt concerned with what others may think of me, or when I became worried about doing something well enough.
Sometimes in the middle of a conversation with someone, especially someone who I wasn’t very comfortable with, I would breathe in God’s Loving Acceptance.
The difference was instant. This loving practice became like a light switch. Turn it on and the darkness disappears.
I found this acceptance practice particularly comforting when I felt upset with someone. I would think of the person and first, breathe God’s Loving Acceptance into my heart, then breathe it into their heart.
Initially, I would feel a smidgen of relief and my tense shoulders would relax. Then as I continued with the breathing and the high vibrational words and energy, ease would flow. And I’d feel my body and mind come to a point of calm, like being bathed in a pool of soothing balm. Next, the warmth of compassion would begin seeping in, for the person and myself.
At the compassion juncture, God’s Loving Acceptance truly takes over.
The impact of this daily practice is nothing short of profound.
I have so much more acceptance for myself, for others, and for all that goes on in the world.
Simply, I’m more unconditionally loving. And it feels so good! 💗😊
